Check-in was frustrating due to the receptionist's abruptness and lack of information. The pool area, while nice, suffered from poor management with unregulated crowd behavior and reserved sunbeds left empty for hours. Just an excellent fit for a rapid stop in Santa Susanna with exceptional value. Managed to enjoy some good cocktails by the pool, but securing a sunbed was a challenge. Arrive early if you want to catch the sun!
